Apparently God has switched allegiance from Orient because we are moving to the OS. You can't see Him though.

David Soul, self-confessed Hammer.
Tired of drifting, searching, shifting From town to town Everytime I slip and slide A little further down I can't blame you if you wont take me back After everything I put you through But honey you're me last hope And who else can I turn to?
Come on Silver Lady take my word I won't run out on you again believe me Oh I've seen the light It's just one more night without you Here I am a million miles away from home The Indiana wind and rain cut through me I'm lost and alone Chilled to the bone Silver lady
Double talkers and back street walkers In every turn Seedy motels and no star hotels Still I had to learn That the one shining thing in my life Was the sweet love I had with you And honey your my last hope And who else can I turn to?
Come on Silver Lady take my word I won't run out on you again believe me Oh I've seen the light It's just one more night without you Here I am a million miles away from home The Indiana wind and rain cut through me I'm lost and alone Chilled to the bone Silver lady
Can't you find it in you to forgive me 'Cause here I am a million miles away from home The Indiana wind and rain cut through me I'm lost and alone Chilled to the bone Silver lady

It is a good friend of JK Rowling who is the WH fan and that's why the character Dean Thomas is a Hammer, we're the only club mentioned in the Harry Potter books.

Had a piss along side Kris Akabusi once at the ground. Not seen her, but JK Rowling is supposed to be West Ham and one of the Harry Potter characters has a scarf in the films.

Rylan the TV presenter his brother used to sit in the front row of the bmu and rylan used to go until he got famous. I think being the really hard cunt he is he didn't want to ruin his media career kicking fuck out of spurs divs like Cromwell.

I was wondering why Billie Whitelaw chose West Ham as her football team, and looking at her filmography I notice she was in Alfred Hitchcock's FRENZY in the early seventies.

In Sir Trevs autobiography he mentions that when we were relegated in the late 70's Billie Whitelaw rang John Lyall to say that she had got a bit stale in her career so she dropped down to provincial rep to work on her acting and get her passion back. She suggested that dropping down to the second division could do the same for West Ham.

FC I didn't realise Vera has just turned 99. Highly unlikely she gets about much nowadays. David Essex singing 'Hold me close' might be a more likely option. It's going to be emotional that's for sure.

Saw Corden with Harry Styles at Arsenal away.
Two young teenage girls a few rows in front, there with their Dad, just stood looking up in disbelief at the 1D boy.
Have to say, they didn't miss much apart from 4 Arsenal goals in ten minutes after half time.
Dan Potts got a clattering in that game, not sure he played for us again after that.

Is Vera Lynn the oldest living celebrity fan? Sullivan should make her his special guest for the last home game. The whole crowd will be in tears singing Bubbles with her in the centre circle.

I saw Nick Berry with the FAH lads, grinning like an idiot because everyone recognised him. Bit of a plliock.
Saw David Essex at Arsenal game (lost 1-3)
And Fred Housego, the bloke who won MASTERMIND
Also remember Adrian Mills who was on That's Life in full kit taking penalties at half-time for some reason that I can't remember. I also can't recall why a scouser (as Mills was) supported WH but there you go

Seen Brand in the West Lower concourse when he had a ST. Winston had a box behind where I sit, not sure if he's still got it. Andy Murray was in the away end at a Fulham game I was at, one of his coaching staff was a big WH fan.
Not seen them at the ground but a couple of unlikely but self declared WH fans are Sebastian Faulkes and Richard E Grant. Also not sure as not had it confirmed by Chelmsford lass Grayson Perry might be WH too
Re the Queen, she opened the new West Stand, how many stands has she opened for other clubs? I'd say none. Hammer through and through IMO.
